What the product will—and won’t—do.
Where does the information come from?
Legally accessible public pages, search indexes and official APIs. We do not bypass logins, CAPTCHA or robots restrictions.
Could you research the wrong person?
Identity resolution happens before payment. You select the candidate and can inspect the located source count first.
Can this be used for screening or hiring decisions?
No. It may not be used for employment, credit, housing, insurance eligibility or any FCRA-regulated decision.
What if very little is found?
We still deliver the brief. Throughout its retention period, you can tell us what is missing from the report.
Will the person know, and can I remove a report about me?
Anyone can submit an access, deletion or objection request through the Removal page.
How long is data retained?
Reports, research jobs, feedback and product analytics are normally retained for up to 12 months. Payment or compliance records may be kept longer when law requires.
